The Elite Body The Elite Body System is a book written by Jim Katsoulis. I was given a copy of this book to review as I have reviewed a fair amount of fitness material on the web before and Jim was so confident in his product that he came to me and asked me to do my worst.

I guess the main point this this book is trying to make is having the determination and want to be fit isnt really enough. You need a strategy to help you eliminate the guesswork and get you right onto that path to achieve the body of your dreams as quickly as possible!

This book is not just about getting fit. Its also about developing the mental attitude to push you futher and futher into your fitness goals. Get this part right and you will succeed. This in my opinion is THE HARDEST PART. If you can conquer your mental failings then you can do anything. The book outlines various mental strategies that you can deploy within yourself to motivate you to train harder and more efficiently!

The thing that singles this ebook out from all the other guff out there is that he has gone to the personal trainers of people like Jim Carey and Jennifer Garner and outlines exactly what they did to get these guys looking the way they do.

This book also goes into nutrition and EXACTLY what you need to eat to make sure your training is supplemented with the correct diet.

I was really impressed with the content. I have actually spoken to people who have begun using the strategies in this book and have seen massive results and these are people who have been using the gym for years coasting along at a normal pace not really achiving much!
